- Spam Filtering and Virus Protection - $120/yr
- With the huge increase of Spam recently (30-40% jump in Nov 2006), we've focused on managing that flow for you. New accounts don't always need it, since the spammers don't have your address yet. But, they will. They always do. And when they do, ask us to turn on the filters. You should see a tremendous difference.

This is rarely an issue, and has only been utilized for a couple of sites that have been incredibly busy and successful. We work out a plan that works best for everyone.
- Script Upgrades - $95/hr
The Servers are upgraded frequently for security purposes. Some upgrades at the server level may affect scripts on your website. It is vital, and mandatory that scripts on your website are kept up-to-date. Scripts include, but are not limited to:
- Shop Software (x-cart, virtuemart, oscommerce, etc)
- CMS software (Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress)
- Reply and Contact Forms
- Microsoft FrontPage Extensions
- Forums, Image Galleries
- even 'Simple' Guestbooks
Basically, anything on your site that is interactive has the potential of being an issue if it is not maintained. An insecure site on the server doesn't just put the site at risk, it has the potential of affecting the entire server and other websites.
Seven Sages will attempt to upgrade some of the more common scripts (Joomla, WordPress, Gallery, etc) where possible. And, if installation of updated extensions are needed, we may update those for you.
If an update takes an unusual amount of time (in case of script malfunctions, or extra programming), we may charge for the excess time. Usually, not an issue, but we have had a couple of shops need extensive upgrading during a major security update.
